The House of Humor and Satire, Gabrovo

The House of Humor and Satire was established on April 1, 1972 and is dedicated entirely to fun and laughter. Is it a coincidence or is the museum really scheduled to open on this day. Of great interest to young children are the sculptures of funny artistic characters such as Don Quixote and his friend Sancho Panza, as well as Sly Peter, so famous for his clear mind and cunning. In addition to a large part of the Bulgarian humorous and satirical heritage and traditions, the House of Humor and Satire gathers and preserves a lot of foreign cultures. The place has a huge variety of fun cartoons, photos and paintings that have been acquired over many years and represent the culture of more than 170 countries around the world. They are related to the field of literature, photography, sculpture, etc.
